I found some holstein cown just across the river in Maryland, but they were not at all cooperative about having their picture taken. So I stuck with the herd that I found earlier in the summer and made a painting from the photos I took at the side of the road in Purcellville. I've offered this painting up for a show at the Berkley Gallery in Warrenton in October this year.
