Customers
If you make an inquiry to, or become a customer of Portraits by Simon Bland (PBSB), we may capture some personal information in the course of business. This information is limited to the minimum amount required for business operations, such as: providing quotes, recording sales, and maintaining sales records for provenance.
Inquiries
Personal data for inquiries: email address (required), first and last name (required).
The information you provide is used to create an email that is sent to us. Your name and email address are not stored on our web server and are not added to our marketing email list. We will contact you via email only in reply to any inquiries you make.
Purchases and Commissions
Personal data: first and last name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and order details/sales records.
This information is kept with our store records and will be used by us to fulfil your order for goods or services. This information is not maintained on any public-facing devices or systems.
We may use SquareUp to assist in invoicing and the secure processing of your payment information. Payments are handled by directly communicating between your devices's browser and the SquareUp Connect API. At no time is your credit card information either stored on our web server or visible to us.

How Is Data Processed?
Data processing is carried out using both our cloud-based web servers and our personal computers. There may be occasions when some of your data may be accessible to third parties who have been appointed as Data Processors by us, for example we may use your address to look up your sales tax rate.
