All items will be shipped flat in a sturdy box using the service we think best for the art. All work over $100 will be shipped with insurance that covers the full retail value of the work. The cost of shipping is shown during checkout
Larger paintings purchased in the Boston metro area may be delivered in person (by prior arrangement with you) or you may pick up art directly from the studio.
Paintings which are purchased with a frame that is not in stock will be shipped as soon as the frame is available. It takes two to four weeks to obtain a frame from our suppliers.
Paintings will be shipped within one to five business days of receipt of payment in full. Shipping time in the United States is usually a few days. International shipping may take longer.
Work on commissioned paintings will begin as soon as our schedule allows. However, once completed, oil paintings need some time to dry before they can be safely shipped. We think it's best not to rush the process.
Small commissions usually ship within three months of the order date, but larger paintings may take longer. We will provide you with an approximate completion date when you place an order.
If you are not satisfied with an original painting it may be returned within 30 days of receipt, in the original condition. You are responsible for return shipment and packing. When received by us, in its original condition, you will be refunded the price paid for the painting less our shipping costs.
Please note that commissioned paintings are not returnable. You will be provided with a preview of the painting prior to shipping, and we will make all reasonable attempts to modify and/or repaint the painting if you are dissatisfied with its appearance.
